Join Us For a Special Evening with Tbilvino Wines
Join us on Wednesday 21st October from 6.30pm for a special evening in The Josephine Room, as we celebrate Georgian cuisine and wine in collaboration with Tbilvino.
Tbilvino is one of Georgia’s leading wine producers, based in Kakheti, the country’s renowned wine-growing region. Established in 1962, the winery combines modern winemaking with Georgia’s ancient qvevri tradition, fermenting and ageing wines in large underground clay vessels. Dating back thousands of years, this unique technique creates wines with distinctive texture, savoury complexity and character.
Enjoy a five-course menu specially curated around the signature flavours and tasting notes of Tbilvino’s wines, bringing together signature Jugged Hare dishes with a Georgian twist. Expect dishes including Imeretian Khachapuri and crispy cod cheeks with smoked roe buttermilk and dill dust, alongside seasonal creations from our chefs.
Each course will be expertly paired with a selection of Tbilvino wines, complementing the flavours of each dish and taking you on a journey through the diverse wines and ancient winemaking traditions of Georgia.
